The Bread Wagon specializes in Amish and Mennonite made products. The bakery is known for its cream cheese frosted cakes, lemon squares, coconut cream pies, flaxseed bread, and other country goodies like snack mixes, jams and jellies, apple butter, and dried fruits. They also carry locally made products like Sparkman's Green Valley milk and Thompson's Farm meats.
